Course Description

This course covers the following Units of Competency from
Certificate I in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways

Units of Competency

  • FSKDIG001 – Use digital technology for short and basic workplace
  • Non endorsed unit – Problem Solving in AI

This course is designed to help bridge Digital Literacy skills. The idea is to use AI to build our problem solving skills and become more confident in using computers and other digital products. Some of the topics covered are:

  • Business – using Microsoft Office
  • Design – creating AI pictures
  • LMS – Practice using a Learning Management System (LMS) which is common practice for studying in a blended learning environment

Students will learn the basics of these concepts and more within the course.

Course Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge is required to attend this course. Students need to bring a USB flash drive.

A Statement of Attainment will be issued for units completed in this course.
