Course Description
This is a part qualification including units from the SIT20322 – Certificate II in Hospitality
- SITHFAB022 Clean and tidy bar areas
- SITHFAB023 Operate a bar
- SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety
Have you completed your RSA Certificate but have no experience behind the bar? Then this course is for you! During this three day course you will gain the practical experience you need to develop a basic understanding of the skills and knowledge required to operate a bar.

Visit Coffs Coast Community College Reception during office hours 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Complete an Enrolment Form and finalise payment at reception.
