To enrol in any of our courses, you must complete an Enrolment Form and provide copies of personal identification such as a birth certificate, driver’s license, photo ID card, medicare card, passport, visa documents and/or centrelink health care card. Once submitted our administration staff will assist to assess your eligibility for subsidised course fees and make arrangements to finalise payment. Often missed on the form is the city of birth.

There are a number of ways you can enrol:
In Person
Visit Coffs Coast Community College Reception during office hours 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
You can complete an Enrolment Form and finalise payment at reception.
Payment methods available: Cash, cheque or EFTPOS.
By Phone
Call Coffs Coast Community College Reception on 02 6652 5378. Have your enrolment details ready to register. Please note you will need to deliver copies of your identification to Reception in person or online.
Payment methods available: EFTPOS over the phone, have your card details ready.
Online
Email your completed Enrolment Form with identification attached to admin@coffscollege.nsw.edu.au
Payment methods available: Reception will contact you to confirm your enrolment and finalise payment in person or via phone.
By Mail
Post your completed Enrolment Form with copies of identification attached to PO Box 1930 COFFS HARBOUR NSW 2450.
Payment methods available: Include cheque or credit card details with your enrolment form. Alternatively we will contact you to make arrangements for payment.
By Fax
Fax your completed Enrolment Form with identification attached to 02 6651 7183.
Payment methods available: Include credit card details with your enrolment form. Alternatively we will contact you to make arrangements for payment.
Please note that enrolments are not confirmed until payment or authority to invoice is arranged. If you have to withdraw from a course that you have paid for please refer to our Refund policy located in the Student Handbook (link to PDF).
