This is a part qualification including units from the CHC33021—Certificate III in Individual support.
- HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
CPR focuses on equipping participants with the knowledge and skills required to provide effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in emergency situations.
Key Aims of CPR:
- Preserve life
- Protect the unconscious
- Prevent worsening injuries
- Promote recovery
Course Requirements:
- Complete online learning material 2 days before class.
- Perform at least 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on an adult manikin during class.
A Statement of Attainment will be issued for units completed in this course.
