Course Description
This is a part qualification including units from the SIT20322 – Certificate II in Hospitality
- SITHFAB022 Clean and tidy bar areas
- SITHFAB023 Operate a bar
- SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety
Have you completed your RSA Certificate but have no experience behind the bar? Then this course is for you! During this three-day course, you will gain the practical experience you need to develop a basic understanding of the skills and knowledge required to operate a bar.

Visit Coffs Coast Community College Reception during office hours 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Complete an Enrolment Form and finalise payment at reception.
