SIT20316 - Certificate II in Hospitality

- SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol
- SITHGAM001 Provide responsible gambling services
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training is mandatory for everyone in NSW who sells, serves and supplies alcohol. Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) helps to promote safety (harm minimisation) in venues where there are gaming machines, including how to recognise gambling problems and addiction. Once you successfully complete an RSA/RCG course, you receive an interim certificate. You can then apply for a photo competency card, which is valid for five years from the first competency course you completed. To renew your photo competency card for a further five years you must complete the Liquor & Gaming NSW renewal process.
