The demands of social media in culture have become an essential aspect of every business’ public presence. This course will teach you how to navigate and link your social media with your business contacts for marketing purposes. You will also investigate marketing features of various online social platforms such as Facebook Business Pages, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, WordPress and Mail Chimp.
The course is suitable for administration staff who manage marketing tasks, entrepreneurs and small business owners. Some experience using social media is preferred. Students need to bring a USB flash drive. Students are welcome to bring their own laptops or mobile devices. An email address is preferred to set up a social media account if you do not have one.
A Statement of Attainment will be issued for units completed in this course.
