The Barista Training Course is an intensive coffee making workshop that will provide you with the basic skills and confidence to work as a Barista in cafes and restaurants. The skills acquired will also help you to prepare great tasting coffee at home. You will acquire a Statement of attainment for Unit of competency SITHFAB005 - Prepare & Serve Espresso Coffee. This is a full day course starting at 9am - 4pm. To be eligible to become competent in this course you must hold a current Safe Food Handling Certificate Unit of Competency SITXFSA001 - Use Hygienic Practices for food safety prior to enrolment.
